Safety

Candles can make any room feel cozy and inviting, but they do require some caution. Follow these easy safety guidelines so you can enjoy their "glohe" without worry.

Your afterglohe product has been tested and approved using afterglohe candles and bases. Fire can be dangerous so please thoroughly review and follow the safety instructions below. Varying from this by using different setups, candles, or products could pose additional risks.

General Instructions for all afterglohe products:

  • Trim wicks to ¼" (6mm) before each use to control flames and reduce soot.
  • Burn for up to 4 hours at one time to maintain safe heat levels and optimal performance.
  • Replace your candles once the wax is within ½" (1.3 cm) of the jar bottom.
  • Allow wax to cool fully before relighting or moving the candle.
  • Keep out of reach from pets and children.
  • Avoid drafts or placing near anything that can catch fire.
  • Never leave burning candles unattended.
StoryLine Safety

Place 3 afterglohe candles into the depressions in your StoryLine Holz, Rustica, or Rustica Reflection base.

Halo & Halo Grande Safety

Place 1 afterglohe candle (or afterglohe LED) into the center depression of your Halo Holz or Halo Grande Holz or Petra base.

Halo Grande Silhouette Safety

Candle Single

Place an afterglohe candle into the center depression of your Halo Grande Silhouette base.

Candle Trio

Arrange up to 3 afterglohe candles in the center recessed area of your Silhouette base.

Sand Wax

Place up to 3 afterglohe wicks in a triangular arrangement spacing them at least 2" (50 mm) from the vessel sides.

Floating Candles

Set up to two afterglohe 3" Floating Candles into the Silhouette Stainless Steel Liner, then fill with water close to the brim.
