That’s why we offer a 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all afterglohe products, including custom story canvases. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help make it right — simply and without hassle.

Our Promise

We want you to love your afterglohe piece in your home.
If, for any reason, you don’t, we’ll work with you to find the best path forward.

That may mean answering questions, offering guidance, providing a replacement, or issuing a refund. Our first priority is making sure your afterglohe story ends well.

How It Works

  1. Reach out to us
    If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 100 days of delivery. A quick message from our Contact Page is all it takes.

  2. We’ll work together to make it right
    Often, questions or concerns can be resolved through simple correspondence. We’ll listen, understand what’s going on, and explore options together.

  3. Replacement or refund — your choice, guided by the situation
    If a return makes the most sense, we’ll determine together whether a replacement or a full refund is the best solution.

  4. Easy returns, on us
    If a return is needed, afterglohe will provide a prepaid return shipping label. There are no restocking fees.

  5. Refund issued after return
    Once the item is received back in good condition, we’ll promptly issue your refund.

What “Good Condition” Means

Returned items should be in generally good condition, with normal handling or use expected.
This helps us reuse or responsibly repurpose components where possible.

Damage caused by misuse, intentional alteration, or accidents may fall outside the guarantee — but if you’re ever unsure, just reach out. We’re always happy to talk it through.

Custom Pieces

Every afterglohe piece is made just for you. Even so, our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee still applies to custom products.

If your custom story canvas doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll work with you to make it right — just like any other afterglohe piece.
